An AI Dungeon Master is already sitting at this table. Tell it what you do — out loud or typed — and it moves the board in front of you.

• 🎤 Say it or type it. Turn on hands-free and never touch the keyboard.
• 💪 Heroic Effort. When a roll matters, the DM stakes something real against the dice: ten push-ups for +5, a thirty-second plank, twenty-five reps for an outright natural 20. Always optional.
• 📜 Or swear an Oath. Can't exercise today? Pay in something this page can't see — clear the sink, twenty minutes of study, the email you're dodging. Same dice, priced in minutes, and the table locks until you're back. Set Anything · Reps · Holds · Oaths only in the Party rail; the DM is held to it.
• 🤸 Warm up first, if you like. Standing stretches, head to ankle, each with a cue and a coaching note. Six of them in ninety seconds, twelve in three minutes — the DM offers you the choice before the first beat.
• 🤖 Watch the Agent Log. The DM has no back door: every move is a WebMCP tool call on document.modelContext, the same surface your own agent would use.
